Coaching

In coaching we use systemic-constructivist approach that is based on equal partnership between the coach and client. Systemic-constructivist coach is not a trainer, teacher, leader nor guru, but a respectful attendant, a partner in search for the best solutions for the coaching client.

Systemic coaching means aimed unfolding the human potential with professional dialogue which supports thinking. It presents qualified support and help 

  • in achieving professional and personal goals,
  • in solving professional and personal problems,
  • in increasing the quality of relationships,
  • in professional, personal or career development.

For individuals:

Coaching with individuals can bring useful solutions in both professional and personal life. Most of our coaches have a qualification for coaching in both these areas.

For groups:

Group coaching means cooperation between the coach and a small group of people who are expected to have a common topic and a common goal. Coaching with a group supports and uses the synergy which means saving time of both the coach and the partners.

What is group coaching good for?

  • As a group we are facing a task, decision (challenge, opportunity…) – and we do not have much time or it is very sensitive issue,
  • We need to reach desired results faster, to increase our output,
  • We need to transform the group into a team, to increase compatibility, to set team goals,
  • We want to understand each other better, to cooperate, to communicate, to reach goals,
  • They expect from us a greater performance at work and we feel like we can not do more – we need to find a way how to organize our work better, how to be more effective, or how to make the top management think about system changes,
  • The company wants to implement system changes and we need to be ready for that,
  • We have been successful and very well working team so far, but it is getting more and more difficult to maintenance this status,
  • Our relations are getting complicated, we do not get on with each other very well, we am getting into conflicts – we want to solve, so they will not bother us any more,
  • We want to have our work and life organized, to manage our live roles better, to be a better worker, parent, partner….
