Group coaching means cooperation between the coach and a small group of people who are expected to have a common topic and a common goal. Coaching with a group supports and uses the synergy which means saving time of both the coach and the partners.What is group coaching good for?
- As a group we are facing a task, decision (challenge, opportunity…) – and we do not have much time or it is very sensitive issue,
- We need to reach desired results faster, to increase our output,
- We need to transform the group into a team, to increase compatibility, to set team goals,
- We want to understand each other better, to cooperate, to communicate, to reach goals,
- They expect from us a greater performance at work and we feel like we can not do more – we need to find a way how to organize our work better, how to be more effective, or how to make the top management think about system changes,
