It happens as:
- we try to find out the aims and needs of the organisations as well as the specific development needs of individuals at the beginning of our cooperation,
- according to that, we agree on the development objectives – only that kind of coaching and education can be effective, that is needed by the people in the organisation,
- while we coach and educate the members of the organisations, we stimulate them to reflect
- on their work and life goals
- on what they are doing and how they are doing it
- on the possibility of doing it even better, more effectively and with greater joy
- we focus on practical solutions – we do not create unnatural situations, we do not play roles, each participant works on their authentic topics and on solutions that can be used in their work.
